Signor Mauro Vendramin

I was born in the Conegliano countryside and like most Italians I knew, my family maintained a vineyard from which we produced our personal wine, year-by-year.
Sadly, things change, and after some 30 years, where before there were strings of vines, an automobile factory now lies squat over the landscape.
Despite the sun setting on our vineyard, my voracious passion for the produce of individual, quality-inclined producers has grown into something of an obsession.
It is this thirst for fine wine and ambitious food, which has driven me to tour Europe, studying the ever-changing wine world, meeting passionate producers and digesting the diverse, sometimes tumultuous history of the vineyards – but always looking to the future whilst learning from the past.
At the same time I have seized invaluable opportunities to polish my C.V. as Sommelier, working in a number of the world’s most exclusive restaurants with famous craftsmen including Gordon Ramsay, Joel Robuchon .

Monsieur Robert Fernandez

Born and raised in Couternon, a little village just outside Dijon and within the Côte-d’Or department, some of the world’s best wines were already on my doorstep. I founded OenoteK so that I could import the best bottles I had grown up with.
